Shipping & Returns

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
We know things don’t always work out, especially when ordering online. We try to make returns as quick and easy as possible! Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We are unable to do exchanges, as we cannot guarantee stock. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. If items are returned worn, with makeup or deodorant on them, damaged or beyond the 7 day return period, they will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold these items for 10 days. If we are not contacted before then, the item will be donated. Any worn merchandise will not qualify for a return.
Please email us at email@example.com for return shipping address information. Make sure your order number is included, as well as the reason for return. You can ship the package back using the most economical method possible, and you may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping cost are non-refundable, as they are paid to a 3rd party. Within 3 business days of receipt of your product we will email you with your store credit information.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive a credit for the amount paid for the product to be used online towards a future purchase. Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit code will be sent out to you to use in the "coupon code" area at checkout. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a store credit code is sent. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an order is placed, but your coupon code is not used, we cannot apply to credit. If you have any issues with your credit, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
If an item is purchased using a discount of 20% or more or purchased from our Sale category, they will not be eligible to return to us. These items are Final Sale.
Final sale items will not be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or private message us on Instagram.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card type credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All orders shipped within the continental United States will be charged $6.99 for standard shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged $10.99. Shipments to Canada will be based on the total weight of the order. Items are shipped via USPS.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he or she provides the correct shipping address. The Jolie Boutique cannot be held responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to process orders in a timely manner, which explains the short time frame to cancel or make changes to your order. If you decide to cancel your order or need to make changes to your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your order is placed. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change your address. However, we will do our best.
If we receive a shipment back due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible to contact us to pay a $6.99 return shipping fee.
Jolie Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with shipping
- Products that are damaged or lost in the mail. USPS will be responsible once we ship packages.
- Packages marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for information regarding your package.
- If your package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. If your item is delayed please contact USPS.
